95% of women come solo on our trips, but it never stays that way for long — by the end of the week, strangers become the friends you'll be planning your next trip with.
Your hosts are there to guide you the entire trip, so you never feel alone. We book the luxury accommodations, transportation between activities, arrange the boats, line up the guides, and leave enough open space in the schedule for the plans no one saw coming. You just show up and let the island do the rest.
Arrive to Phuket
Touch down and settle in — the start of seven days by the Andaman Sea.
Ethical elephant sanctuary
Visit a sanctuary caring for rescued elephants, then a free afternoon to explore the local beaches or hit the town.
Temples & South Thailand exploration day
Big Buddha and more of Phuket's temples, explored at your own pace. Pack your swimsuit, because after we’re exploring beaches at the southernmost tip of Thailand.
Old town market
Wander Old Phuket Town's market, with a free afternoon to keep shopping, get a massage, or explore more of the endless local beaches.
Private charter to Phi Phi
A full day trip by private charter to the Phi Phi Islands — snorkeling, swimming, and island exploring.
Waterfall hike & cooking class
A waterfall hike, an open afternoon, then a Thai cooking class followed by the night market for dinner.
Depart Thailand
One last group breakfast before heading home.

Melissa & Katherine are Austin-based travelers happiest chasing adventure. They met through a Facebook group in 2024, which feels fitting now, since connecting women who love to travel is exactly what they do through the Women's Travel Collective Facebook group. That love for travel and connection eventually grew into Women's Travel Collective, a space for women to explore, find community, and share that same sense of wonder. We're always up for jumping in a river, climbing a mountain, stretching out on a sun-soaked beach, or getting lost in a new city and its culture… always curious, always looking to learn something new wherever we go. Grounded in a daily gratitude and meditation practice, we're drawn to the in-between moments that make travel feel meaningful. We can’t wait to meet you!

With this being my first time traveling internationally, going into the trip i was definitely nervous - not only about being so far from home, but about traveling with a group of people i didn't know and stepping so far outside of my comfort zone. Somehow, by the end of the week, Greece felt like exactly where i was suppose to be. You both created such a fun, welcoming and comfortable enviornment that allowed me to really experience everything instead of letting my nerves get in the way. I feel like this trip opened up a whole new side of me - one that is a little more adventurous, independent, spontaneous and willing to say yes to things that scare me. I don't think i fully expected a vacation to give me that. I'm going home with the best memories, new friendships, and a new found confidence. Thank you for giving me the opportunity and the space to experience all of that, and for taking such amazing care of us along the way. This week is something i'll remember forever. 95% of women that attend our retreats and events come alone! That’s exactly why we built this community. If you book a shared room, we will send out a matching form for you to fill out prior to the retreat, so we can thoughtfully pair you with a rommie.

If you're traveling on a US passport, then no. Your passport must be valid for at least six months past your arrival date. Everyone entering Thailand must file a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before they fly. It's free and you file it within 72 hours of your arrival date. We'll send a reminder when it’s time. Not on a US passport? Let us know when you book, and we'll confirm your requirements.

Yes! We offer payment plans. You can select your desired plan when you put down your deposit. Automated reminder emails will be sent prior to each payment due date.

Fly into Phuket International (HKT). We pick you up from the airport and handle the transfer to the resort. Once you book we'll send flight guidance with recommended routing and arrival windows.

We can accommodate it! Thai food is naturally friendly to a lot of restrictions. Lots of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. You'll fill out a form after booking with restrictions and allergies.

Basically perfect! Hot, sunny, and calm water. Days run in the high 80s to low 90s, and nights stay warm. We’ll send you a full packing list before the trip so you have enough time to plan.

Most of the women that attend our trips fall between the ages of 23-40. If you fall outside of that age range, that’s okay with us, as long as you’re young at heart! All attendees must be AT LEAST 21 years old.

Here's how refunds work if your plans change:
- 120+ days out: Everything you've paid is refundable except your original deposit.
- 61–119 days before departure: Half of your total trip cost can be refunded — the other half is non-refundable.
- Inside 60 days of departure: At this point, no refunds are available.
PAYMENT POLICY
Securing your spot starts with a $350 USD deposit — this is non-refundable, but it's what holds your place on the retreat. From there, you can set up a payment plan, with the remaining balance auto-drafted on a set schedule (we'll always send a reminder email before each charge goes through). Your full balance needs to be paid off by 60 days before departure.
